It’s OK to complain!

Research tells us that, within reason, it’s good to complain and have your voice heard. Sometimes you may not be quite happy with a service you have received. You are entitled to make a complaint to Conwy Council. Below we have attached the link with the process of making a complaint.

In the first instance, if you are unhappy with anything speak to your PA direct, quite often they will be able to sort any issues out without taking matters further. If not here is the link to the council’s website with all the information you need to make a complaint.
